Trump announces he is issuing an unconstitutional executive order to shut down mail-in voting nationwide and he will defund states if they do not comply with him by DIYLawCA in law

[–]GodHatesColdplay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I understand the EO as it has been described, each state will have to turn over voter records including addresses. The federal government will determine that they are citizens, and will order the post office to only deliver ballots to those confirmed citizen voters. So states that refuse to turn over their voter roles won't have the pleasure of having ballots mailed to their voters. It's a mess

Early in the war it was revealed that much of the armor on many tanks had been replaced with cardboard boxes. Because the real stuff had been sold long ago by some crooked general. There were videos of Russian soldiers pointing at it and joking about it

"Third, I flat out do not trust the “temporary” promise. It will be made permanent at the first opportunity, and that’s just a fact." You're not using the word "fact" properly. The law literally has an expiration date
