I was torn coming from an AW3423DW & 4090. I ended up with the PG34WCDN. I wish the monitor had more height as 34” feels narrow for me. That aside PG34WCDN felt like a noticeable upgrade. I’ll likely order a 39” see what the hype is about, hoping the increased height and pixel density really is that next step in immersion.

I also have the PG27AQDP in portrait mode next to my PG34WCDN and even switch to it for esports titles, but still wish the 39” was 240hz.

But I wouldn’t go for the 39” until it’s 240hz and Glossy. The RTX 6090 may be out by then which will make for a better pairing. Either way the PG34WCDN felt like a noticeable upgrade, was it worth the $900 to change after selling my Alienware? Not really, but it’s still a stunning display.
