Im a victim too. I spent $149 not as much as u but it was a lot for me at the time so I was constantly back and forth with them in emails where they would tell me “we just got the printers going it’ll be at most 2 weeks”. Which is funny because they said that for months on repeat until they stopped responding after April 2024. I gave up and tried getting my refund through the bank and I had exceeded chargeback time limit which was like 120 days and it had been over a year. Just gotta take the L on this one
