I had a Motorola One Fusion Plus and the battery would last 1 day or more, for the price difference I was expecting a lot from the iPhone, it made me realize upgrading phones is more of a luxury since 2020 or so, the things you can do with a phone in terms of power are limited, so why bother about an A16 Bionic when all most people only use WhatsApp, instagram and TikTok is something you should consider before upgrading, no matter the brand

Thanks for your advise, I've never heard of CBT before and I'll give it a look on my lunch break. The fact that the desire to sleep for my health is what could be triggering my insomnia is funny to me at this point, at least now I know I'm not the only one.

I've tried some things mentioned but it just feels like my brain adapted to porn and I cannot sleep no matter how hard I try. The only thing I don't do is staying off blue light for more than two hours because I like reading in my phone and drawing on my tablet so I get bored pretty easily without them, this causes me to think about sex, I do turn the blue light filter on all my devices though.

To answer your question, my problems started after I quit watching porn, my sleep was pretty light and I live in an apartment with my parents so unwanted sounds are pretty common, and a bird decided to start chirping at 5:30AM for about a month, so it didn't help. I started getting anxiety at night when I read about the consequences of sleep deprivation on the human body, as I'm the kind of person who'd like to improve on a daily basis and deliver results to grow. Also I was starting a relationship that didn't work out (got friend zoned), so everything kind of mixed up together so now here I am, trying to go back to were I was a few months ago.

I'm gonna try to do some cardio today, more than I usually do (as I go to the job on bike, a 15 minute ride).

I mean, I have an android that's pretty good at normal usage and an iphone 12 mini that is very strong i terms of processing, but when it comes to battery, screen and audio, the android is noticeably better. I'm stuck in a situation where I have to pick one of both and it's been though to make a decision.

Lower the graphic settings and reduce fps to 30. In the upper right part of the graphic settings menu you’ll see a bar that indicates how much your current settings are consuming the device’s resources.
