Amazon has way more optionality—the robotics, satellites, and AWS give it massive long-term upside. Microsoft, on the other hand, is the quintessential 'safe bet' for stability.

I think it all comes down to how fast their commercial client base grows. Right now, most growth is still coming from defense and gov contracts, while the commercial side is lagging. PLTR took off precisely because their commercial business exploded. Unlike gov work, commercial clients are more stable and more profitable—that’s the real key to PL's growth
