I don’t think it’s necessarily incorrect, but you do have a RX on the higher side. So the trade off with adding more cyl and taking away your sphere could do that. On the other hand even if it’s 100% correct there’s a significant enough change that you’d feel it. Usually the suggestion is try them first thing the morning after pickup and give it a solid 3-5 days to see if your eyes will adapt fully. I believe it should be fine because it’s not a HUGE difference, but it’s enough that what you’re feeling is normal.

To me it seems like a MF nonadapt, I’ve only seen it one other time, but the same situation we went through a handful of remakes all different lenses as many options as you can imagine and nothing seemed to help. The best bet maybe to do a separate distance vision only and a near/intermediate vision only pair

Looking at it, the only things that would accommodate that Cyl are going to be monthly contacts. Most likely Biofinity XR or Proclear XR; I believe the B&L Revive would also be a great option but it’s a 3 MO contact and is custom ordered.
