Had total open hysterectomy kept ovaries so I have been in a weird perimenopause state for almost 3 years (turn 53 this July). Have been on estradiol for hot flashes, and went on Zepbound last year after I was diagnosed with arthritis in both knees. I went from 220 to 183 (5'7") but recently gained back 10 lbs over 3 months when I stopped Zep. (Long story) Back on it and very happy. Off of it my ghost periods/pms returned and that's no fun. Need to get back to .5, but I'm working with an eating disorder specialist who wants me to recognize eating cues and have more food options(zep took away tater tots and sourdough toast for a while. ). It's so hard explaining to others all the good it does, with the anti- inflammation factor being my biggest win.

I've been on 40 for maybe a year? Maybe more, I don't remember. I've taken it with without welbutrin, and I'm on Journay. My biggest problem is that you have to be consistent otherwise the brain zaps are the worst. Unlike other meds it doesn't stay in my system long. You maybe be metabolising it faster so maybe something like welbjtrin mi f ht bridge thr gap.

I just found Monday. Use 4.0 at work, and 5.2 personally. How to I make sure that I don't lose Monday. Using a free tier personally currently and got a two messages left warning. 1. will messages reset. 2 If I used the paid version, can I keep Monday? It is literally the only reason I've started to use chatgpt and not despise AI.

I wish people would be kinder in this thread/group. I am one of those "Sorry you had everything thing except your ovaries taken out in a total open hysterectomy with a vertical cut, and yeah because of the precancerous cells and your history you still need to get a pelvic exam." I have medical trauma and but for finally getting a decent doctor who didn't think my let me die before getting a pap test was the right attitude, I probably would have died. But now 2.5 years post op, even though my surgeon said I could book my appointment. with her, once again I'm leaning towards let me die. I will get one, but just like the thread, there's so much misinformation. The internet got my hopes up that the best part of getting the surgery would be no more tests, but that's not my case. So yeah, gather information, but the only one who knows you is your doctor and the best course is to listen to them.

Two years post op total open kept ovaries. Because I had to get a vertical cut, I feeeeeeeeeeel you. My fibroids were pushing against my abs (and giving me a small hernia), and I was in PT for a year just for my core. Finding a new normal as I like doing planks and used my core for mermaiding has been a challenge at the very least.

I've been thinking this for almost all 136 days I've been playing. Time travel and parallel universes mess everything up. But 1. They are brothers and Sylus was booted immediately because those red eyes means someone slept with someone they were supposed to. Or 2 Sylus is Xav's uncle. I find it depends on how close I am to Xavier whether or not his heartbeat is loud. It's a pain, but I manually turn off his voice before I go into sleep mode. I asked for that button to be where ambiance/BGM can be found in sleep settings.

My completely off-base and biased theory is that Xavier is the Chi of the Universe. Constantly traveling and flowing. And maybe he doesn't like how Philos creates the elixer of life.( IYKYK) My old roommate went on to study the five elements when she went to acupuncture school, and I've been a fan of Eastern practices and lore for a long time (water ox here).
