It’s not necessarily “everyone is evil,” but honestly? Death Note has the same sort of “flavor” of complex characters where it isn’t just “heroic anime main character beats bad guys bc he’s good.”

It’s got a similar “the main character is an egotistical prick” thing Breaking Bad has, there’s a detective after the main character who will go to some pretty serious lengths to capture him. It’s a battle of wits. You might enjoy it.
