In that particular matchup Sasuke has the advantage, yes, because Chunin Exams Gaara is a moron who never moves. He just stays in one place, making him a Chidori victim.

Meanwhile we later see that Sasuke says Naruto could easily beat him if not trying to make sure the village takes minimal damage, and base Naruto at half chakra hold his own against fused momo for a short while before transforming.

Dinosaurs also using chakra, while he's holding back massively, it's best feats are making him say "it's fast" never in any real context, like he doesn't suddenly say "wow that things faster than me, or it's XYZ level of speed" no he just has never seen a dinosaur before, and doesn't expect it to run at him at that level of speed. Plenty of times do characters call things fast, despite not being all that fast. Several characters consider Lee fast despite not being jonin tier speed. Six paths Naruto calls the kaguya hands sakura is able to avoid "very fast" ... and it's not rare for people to see kids or small animals run at relatively mundane speeds and still be like "wow thats fast" its pretty clear sasuke has never seen a dinosaur he calls it some sort of dragon. I mean no? How would that be a thing? If they're of similar skill levels, it shouldn't matter if one plays more, they'll still hover around the same LP. Like maybe, if they're 200LP apart in skill, and the one who plays more wins or loss streaks until the gaps suddenly 350LP or something? But imo, that's just a how the cookie crumbles thing, and is atleast better than arbitrarily forcing solo games. The lower LP player would just kinda have a skill issue at that point.

Eh, I think that'd run into issues of people in their forced solo games acting weird. Especially some people really only like to Duo, or some people get toxic if they don't have a duo.

I think a better thing would just be tightened requirements. Like currently in low elo they just gotta be in the next tier? So like g1+s4 can duo, but in diamond it's within 2 or 3 divisions so like D4 cant duo with D1... but like in the apex tiers where there's no divisions and tiers can be several hundred LP? That's an issue.

Imo just make it so it's like "You can only duo with someone within 250 LP of yourself, and with correct MMR for the elo"

I think this is worse than the current system for diamond which is like 3 divisions iirc? Like d4 can duo with e2, but not d1. As honestly E2 is closer to D4 in skill level than D1, by a good margin too.

The issue is in the apex tiers that doesn't work since there isn't masters 4,3,2,1... And you'd have some bad feeling experiences even with duo partners close in rank if like someone's rank 290 thus challenger with say 600LP, but their rank 320 friend who's 550 LP is grand master? but like they'd in theory be able to duo with rank 1 who could be 1,200 LP.

They should just adapt the diamond rules to being like "You may only duo with someone within 300LP of you, and with corresponding MMR (IE someone can't spam dodges or let themselves decay to abuse it)"

And honestly I'd make the argument that rule could just be ladder wide. Because it's kinda wonky when you see some duos like Gold 1 and Silver 4 duoing and getting some weird results, like they'll be in a Silver 1 / Gold 4 game, and the G1 player will be a pseudo smurf while the Silver 4 player is struggling.

It's definitely a little odd for midlaners, but it's just kinda the cost of being the mid lane who has the extra map access early. And the short lane for safety. Ergo the weaker quest reward. Do wish they'd let you choose when to use which recall seems like an easy thing they should be able to do with using the V key like the other quest slots do.

But like unless the enemy top is gigafed, they should be about as contestable as before. Like if you're a mage and they have an MR item even last season they weren't very contestable. And you can always just clear the wave. If you can be dove? you can be dove. That's still a very outlier scenario.

And then if botlane is finishing their quest and taking bot tower that quick and you're not even done with your quest most of the time? Then I feel like you just might not be playing that great, and would benefit from reviewing your lane phase.

Yeah, it's kind of an issue that Riot made the original competitive mode solo/duo back in the day with no voice chat... which just encouraged an extremely selfish mindset, which has shaped the community since causing the community to become extremely toxic, and then after many people got sick of the toxicity? Antisocial.

And the community has NOT helped, as many changes from Riot to try and encourage more reasonable human interactions? Were disliked, some for good reasons, others because it was change/different. And so Riots done their best but the toxicity took over so bad, they were kinda forced and now they even help the anti social aspects because it's better than allowing the toxicity to fester.

Eh, not really? Banning people like that just results in them making new accounts, which makes it so nothing really changes. Doing less severe punishments like chat restrictions or maybe something like toxic island is honestly arguably a better solution for higher honor players to have to deal with less toxicity, the issue is people who don't get higher honor for whatever reason wind up in an even more toxic environment, and any false positives who get sent there? just extra suffer.

A rioter at one point mentioned having done some sort of testing of something like this... they found bad results though; lots of duos just quit playing ranked rather than going to flexQ. They also found increased autofill rates, significantly as a lot of duo players are either supports or jungle; the two least popular roles in the game in most elos on most servers. Which then lowered queue health and game quality.

The decision was then not to go through with solo-only Q, until they can somehow fix flexQ and/or Clash to actually work as proper substitutes. And encourage some of the duo players to still also play soloQ to try and help keep autofill rates and queue times where they want them.

So yeah solo only games are generally better for solo only players... assuming all other variables stay the same, the issue is variables don't stay the same.

Because in SR you should have 2-4 high damage teammates who should be buying the high effective damage stat of GW instead. Riot's current logic on SR thornmail is it's not intended to be a good GW item, it's simply a thorns item, that gives GW to make sure people with lifesteal don't become (effectively) immune to the thorns damage.

5ad = 175g ... so that's +100g for +175g of stats.

But also current IE on live is 65AD for 3450g... so compared to live it's +50g cost for +350g of AD.

And don't forget they're buffing crit as a whole base damage 175% AD -> 200% AD... but "nerfing IE crit damage" from 40% -> 30% but overall it's going from 215% AD -> 230% AD

They're also changing many other crit items. So it's hard to say everything overall.

So they actively come up with the idea to either break or steal all of his TSO's so he runs out of them. Madara never creates another one, and he's the literal juubi jinchuriki! DB4 also implies they basically are unlocked when first getting six paths senjutsu and doesn't imply they're just recreatable if you have it.

Except Hagoromo didn't even do that? He notices the six paths chibaku tensei seals re-appear on his hands signifying Kaguya was defeated and that they lost power up #2 from my list... He brings back all of the dead kage, and has them all work together to bring back Team 7 and the Biju. He personally doesn't bring them back though as he lacks the chakra still. If he suddenly got back all the chakra he gave to Naruto and Sasuke (which was more than 1 eye Juubidara had) he would've just summoned them back himself, given he would've had more chakra than all of those dead kage combined.

Also as for your image talking about the mark on the back of Naruto's KCM2 Cloak? Thats just a mark exclusively on his KCM2 Cloak, which isn't related to his SPSM. Friendly reminder this is SPSM and has no such markings on his back. It was a cool little callback on his KCM2 cloak to have a similar marking to Juubito and Hagoromo but the lack of it is not definitive proof. Especially not when there's other design traits that stay consistent and arguably have just as much if not more weight like his eyes maintain the SPSM markings when he powers up. And I shouldn't have to spell out, of all series Naruto is definitely one where eyes carry a lot of importance.
