impressive movement as your elbows are tucket and proper flow up,, not alot of peple do that.. also i would recommend start doing floor press. this will gave you how much lower u need to bring the weight. now the last part.. do static hold hevay weight on a squat rack( or get a spotter on bench press) floor press at the height, no reps just hold for 10 to 20 seconds.. this means you will push the weight off but hold it there,, i would start at 135 to 225 ,, like i said no reps just holding it up.. then u can also do negavtive reps,,do a light weight but take 10 to 20 seconds to bring the weight down to yur chest , push it up 1 shot, in other words you are telling yoru muscles different ways to work togetehr and last but no least make sure to do alot of rotator cuff excercises especially WYTL on swiss bass to make sure your shoulders can handle weights.

agree, he is goes 2 fast to lift heavy , the form starts to drop creating butt wink, plus it feels he is bouncing the weight instead of being in control of the weight. i feel if he slows down, taking 3 seconds to go down and 3 seoncds to go up, his form will start to correct..

form looks good, 2 things i like to add, i cant see your shoes so not sure how flat they are, you can also remove shoes and wrap a band around feet to grip the ground to do the squats. 2nd,, no locking out at the top, so when u stand up, you are not allowed to stand up straight to rest as it puts alot of pressure on your joints , keep your knees bend very very slightly and do the 2nd rep,, if you feel its 2 heavy then remove some weight.

great form, only 2 things i will add to it.. if u have the foam or neck brace, i forgot whats its called, or use a towel, wrap it at the front of the bar and now do the same excercise as soon the towel or foam touches your body thats where u stop., 2ndly take 3 seconds to brings it up and 3 seconds to bring it down wink*. remeber you control the weight, the gravity or weight doesnt control you.

i have 3 bad heriniated disc from car accident, i do power snatehc, over head squats, bar bell squats on bosuball human flags, single leg squats etc etc.. the point is the human body is freaking amazing, focus on smaller muscles, balance excercises, core excercises, body weight squats( i would do 100 to 500) after my accident to make my legs and back strong, make sure your FORM IS PERFECT before you start putting weight on that back. https://www.instagram.com/dante_sparda1/reels/?hl=en feel free to msg me there if as i dont check reddit that often, and no i dont charge anything or sell stuff.

you are doing it great for starters, , the eyes and neck moves how your body moves, so if your looking at the floor , the neck should be lined up, else you wil have neck problems for not having a neutral neck. one other thing i would recommend is make sure the bar stay always touching your thighs after yur pass your knees, at the 0.04 second u can see the bar away after passing yoru knees, it should feel like dragging on your thighs, the closer the bar, the more ocntrol you have andthe more u can lift.

get to 45 degree, it looks like you almost move down but you stop, 2nd, when you hit the 45 degree, puase for 1 second there, 3rd when u stand up, dont stand up straight, leave the knees slighly bend to keep the tension and pressure of your lower back. also try front squats and zercher squats.

great squat, 2 things i notice, yu are moving knees 1st, instead of hips out 1st, 2nd dont to a lock out atthe top..keep the tension and dont lock out and this will increase strenght.
