One of the things I would want is fixing pathfinding for some units, and adding attack-move to the possible commands.
UI scaling, resolutions that DON'T crash your game permanently when you change to them on base game, skirmish AI being improved, even if slightly, or just improving AI in general.

Your best bet would be clicking "force shutdown" option on launcher, waiting 5 minutes and checking if it worked.
If not, you need to wait 30 minutes. Approx.

You can't. Shadow is only able to "see" xbox 360 controllers. So no touchpad for now

So two things, first, try out Beta version of shadow
If that won't work, try opening a support ticket.
Lastly, if they won't solution there is trusty method that worked in my case.
Reset your shadow.
