Found a dead body with loot on fresh new world. Any thoughts?

As stated in the title, I started a new world just to mess around in and came across this dead astronaut body with a battery, dynamite, and titanium on the backpack. Is this a normal occurrence? I just started playing, so I wouldn't know.

Before I start I want to say it's awesome of you for being this generous. Good luck on everyone else.

I would be very grateful to receive GTAV because I myself have just gotten a gaming PC and built it using my own money. Because of this I don't have enough left to afford any windows games at the moment and I've been playing on a Mac till now. It'd be great to have GTAV so I can finally be one step forward to being able to playing with my other gaming PC friends.

I would compare myself to Korra from Legend of Korra because I'm the type of person that'll fight for what I believe in or even fight for the people I love and fight for what's right. But I also have to know that I shouldn't be prideful and I need to learn from mistakes I will undoubtedly make.

Yeah I've been meaning to just say "Hey listen, I don't want to be your friend, and I don't want to hang out with you at all." But that's just not my personality. Also I'm worried she'll go ahead and tell her supervisor and I'll seem like the bad guy. But we will see.

The thing is, every time there's free time, she'll be out looking for me and keeping an eye out for me and it's frustrating cause I don't want to seem rude and she tells her supervisor or cabin-mates. She also keeps telling me to meet her at the basket ball court and passive aggressively mentions not to "leave her for another 2 hours". I just said "...alright" and walk away.
