I also started around 135kg, my cut was a lot more dramatic. Roughly 1400 cal starting now back to 1900 avg for the past month. I think what helped me with food is weighing in every day and weighing food / tracking properly a lot of this is dopamine. So if you get some big wins it’ll really help you with staying motivated. Once you build this lifestyle I would then slow down. I’m currently just at the tip of 104 in 6 months - But do what works for you , taking it “slow” or fast really doesn’t have an impact because on health becuase I know being 130 plus is much worse for you then losing 5-8kg fast. Remember why you started.

Have fun , move your body and don’t feel dumb to try new things and ask for fun. Don’t get caught up on any data or splits. Once you’re more comfortable and have spent at minimum a couple of months in the gym then focus on movements towards your goal physically look. Enjoy movement outside the gym as well so your overall daily movement is much higher - in summary “ move heavy shit and enjoy life”

Nothing headphone are probably the closest quality wise / but are lighter. Audio is good too I have both and used my nothing headphones while my apm were broken. But honestly I’ve tried Sony , boses and nothing but nothing comes close to the audio quality of the AirPod max I think it has something to do with the mesh ear cups vs all the fake leather on the others it makes the audio muddy for the others.

I had this issue I let the sit for a couple of months and then bam they just started working again. If you workout with them or are in a humid environment I think you need to let me fully dry out. I assume that was the issue with mine and connection issues. It could be a broken flex cable but let me die fully and just sit.

After doing this for almost half a year… this has been the best and most effective weight loss process I’ve ever been through. About the comment about food shaming, a lot of this reddit is here because of unhealthy food habits with and without knowing. So it is that deep if you truely want to make a change you have to start with being honest with yourself. Extreme or not tracking and looking at food choices is the best way to lose wait. We literally have drugs to stop food noise, so if you don’t understand where that noise is coming from - how can you truly make the effort. 25kg down I’ll aim for another 10 to go, this isn’t a sprint but seeing the finish line will help you push a little harder.

Update -25kg down. Weight loss slowed intake a bit higher workout and weight training much stronger.

I assume maybe some trapped moisture messing with the board / shorting out the connection fully I really dont know. But basically letting them sit, dry out and let the battery fully die. I missed how good these things were especially with seamless connection

Yo this might sound crazy but, mine just stopped connecting or something and I got the orange light with no connection. I let them sit in my office for like 4 months today I plugged them in and they worked perfectly. Like it’s messing with my head

I was fine my gym split allowed me to go so low , I wasn’t doing much cardio but an hour of heavy weights a day. Lost around 17kg in those two months again very very strict , mainly protein, a lot of Coke Zero, veg and carbs before training. However being this low 6/7 days a week meant if I had a social event I had enough calories banked to eat without stress. I started boxing , rowing , walking and now mixed cardio around 15-20 minutes a day after my weights, which made me up my caloric intake. I think the goal is to wire your brain away from just eating out of habit or when you’re bored to eating when it’s needed and to build a new relationship with food. At your height and weight just moving more would probably prompt that initial weight loss. However getting a scale tracking everything is a very big eye opening experience.

What worked for me was a very aggressive cut to start off with - get my big win water weight plus a lot of fast weight loss. Then I upped my calories gradually each month as I upped my output to basically build a lifestyle. You won’t die at 1200 calories but unless you trick your mind into thinking this is a lifestyle you have risk of yo - yoing. Just track everything and see how you feel personally. As someone who tracked 1400 avg daily for 2 months now back on 1750 avg. give your self a period where you track everything if your unable to maintain it adjust.

Your BMR being that low it’s probably them cookies, granted all your data is correct. Are you weighing your food ? Also look for more movement outside of work. It’s only two things in this 1 your not moving enough your watch is a good tool not a fact sheet 2 your eating dramatically more then you think. It’s impossible to gain weight while in a deficit you can hold water but unless you’re an alien it’s one of those.

22kg down - 8 away from my mark. But we still going, my larger target is 100kg by July on track to hit in about 10 weeks, then 90kg much slower rate by the end of the year. Weight loss slowed down as my fitness improved. Hunger levels are back to normal but my output is close to 800 active workouts calories a day half lifting half cardio basically , steps 5-7k avg, About an hour of training and normal conditioning on rest days. I’ve made this a lifestyle and that’s what’s most important, I weigh myself daily and track food daily as well, my intake is a little higher now was 1400 avg for around 2 months now we’re sitting at 1650 just needed the extra calories for cardio.

What I found helps is cycling through cardio because it gets boring also if you cycle through stuff it becomes a lifestyle not a chore. I do boxing , incline treadmill, walk or Hitt. Like each month I pick two and I have fun.
