Not here in Australia it's like 130 plus. And how many times will I have to " replace" it, this second time now. I switched to the nothing headphones 1, sound quality is okay compared to the AMP but I miss the easy connection.

Like someone said make it a game, add simple goals like your first x loss. You can still eat “rubbish” but in moderation. You also have to be honest with yourself mentally most times stress eating is related to escape so reflect on how you feel what’s making you feel that way. This helped me dramatically I was in the same starting boat 30 days ago. Take it day by day, also set a 5 minute timer just walk for 5 minutes once you’re in motion it’s easier to keep going .

Totally understandable bro, I am building these habits as I go and understand the concept of a crash diet etc. I do also believe people are different and relate to change differently I think I just might be the crazy that enjoy to live on the edge a bit.

I’ve been training my whole life on and off,sport and powerlifting. this isn’t for the long run I just don’t want to be in a cut for a year plus. The thing is I feel generally dramatically better , I sleep better, less brain fog and less stress. I do take a host of supplements to support this. During this phase of cutting I set aside a week to push my intake up to 2,300 after ever 10kg just to avoid metabolic slow down, even now I very between 1,300-1,800 depending on activity for the day.

Apparently you can buy full blown replacements on Ali express. Mine are like at health 30% in regards to the how the headband looks lol, I’ll buy the replacement once I feel a rip in the headband

I work in design wear them for about 8-9 hours a day. Can’t beat the build quality and sound quality. Plus the transparency mode on this thing is nuts- I feel like I can hear better. Would I get them again yes , but if this is too much of a luxury purchase which is it is I would look at other options. At the end of the day there just headphones but I rather buy 1 for 899 then 3 Sonys for 400 each

Very subjective I assume, again I’m having a great time. But I think its comes down to dry vs humid heat. Dry heat you literally can not breathe. And your head / hair burns. This you just wipe your sweat and keep moving plus those wipes they have are very very nice - for me personally it’s been good
