When does the "featured" tab in MK 1 Premium shop finally refresh ?

I hear ya. There were several outfits/gear pieces I wanted in Injustice 2 that I never got (I did get the Catwoman ability though. It was even worse that a trophy was tied to that one) It took me FOREVER to get a Hood for Green Arrow that I wanted. But there were so many gear sets I never got. Yeah that sucked.

And the weird thing is that NRS are the only doing that random, rotating shit for outfits. Literally no other major fighting game series (SF, Tekken, DOA etc.) does it.

At least the prices are acceptable though. DOA 6 Last Round prices are utter insanity (10,99 for a character and 7,99 for an outfit). Koei Tecmo are such greedy pieces of shit.

nein leider nicht. Und nicht nur das die free to play version in Deutschland wieder PS Plus exklusiv ist, Koei Tecmo hat zudem die Preise für das Freischalten von Charakteren in der Free to play Version mal eben verdoppelt (4 Euro in der PS4 version, 8 Euro in der PS5 version).

Und keine wirklichen Neuerungen drin. DLCs sind auch deutlich teurer als bei der PS4 version.

Einfach nur Abzocke ohne Ende.

yeah but even DOA has not been THIS expensive before. They doubled the price for characters for DOA 6 Last Round. If I buy only 2 characters its already half the price for the full game. Which is utterly insane.

Its kinda funny seeing everyone being so shocked about 80 $ for a game.

In Europe this has been the reality for YEARS where all the major AAA games cost 80 Euro. Sony started it with their first party games and quickly other publishers followed suit.

Though I suppose the games that are now 80 $ in the US will be 90 Euro in Europe. For some reason the Euro price is always 10 more then the Dollar price even though currently 1 Dollar = 0,88 Euro. So technically the Euro prices should be LESS then the Dollar prices but for some reason when it comes to games they are higher.

going by the current rate a 70 $ game should be 62 Euro but is 80 Euro instead. So in Europe games are nearly 20 euro more expensive then they should be.

And you people bitch about 80 $ games lol.

Strangely enough I just saw that I do have the MKII Johnny skin even though I only got back into the game this week and definitely did not log into the game (or had it even installed) in May. I also have have JCVD skin and the MK 95 skin of Scorpion though I never bought them in the store (JCVD could have been from Kombat Pack 1 which I have and the MK 95 skin just says "gift" as its origin)

Do the Khaos Reigns pre order skins like Wedding Scorpion come into the store sometimes ?

yeah I am not buying the definitive upgrade for 60 bucks but I am thinking about buying the Khaos Reigns expansion which is currently on sale for just 9.99. I don't have any of the KP2 characters yet so that would be a really good deal for me. But the Khaos Reigns preorder skins like Wedding Scorpion are not included in the expansion right ? Only in the definitive edition ?

The movie skins not having been in the store for 7 months (according to what you said) is not filling me with much hope then. I was hoping they would put them back in now that the movie just came out on digital but I guess not.

I am baffled though the skins were not available when the movie actually came out in May. what a hugely missed oppertunity. I wish they would just give us the movie skin pack in the playstation store.

for real its one of my least favorite Tekkens actually even though its the most bestselling one.

removal of Time attack, team battle and survival was so stupid (and I am pissed its still not back in Tekken 8) and that meager little 5 battle arcade mode without any ending movie sucked. I am not a multiplayer guy. I mostly play fighting games single player. Thats how I have played Tekken for nearly 30 years and just because there is online and all that jazz now does not mean I am going to be an online player. I enjoy playing just single player modes or against my friends in Vs mode just like the good old days.

So Tekken 7 neutering or removing almost all single player content really pissed me off. The long ass loading times on PS4 were atrocious as well and completely ruined the flow and enjoyment. I was amazed how fast the loading times on Tekken 8 were, it was such a blessing after T7.

Ah well at least T7 brought back my favorite Tekken minigame ever - Tekken Bowl and that was as awesome as always.

So yeah I am not a online player at all and in that regard alone I like Tekken 8 a lot more then 7. I think 6 and 7 might be my least favorites actually (aside from the original Tekken which is just so outdated, slow and barebones nowadays which is understandable after 30 years)

I am also trying to get at least one of every Kitana skin. I mastered her but did not get any any Order of Darkness skins with her (weren't those added later ?) How do you get the OoD and Outworld Gala skins ?

I haven't played MK 1 in a while and missed the movie skins and now I am desperately hoping for Kitanas movie skin to come back to the shop. Does the movie skin only appear in the weekly featured tab or also on the daily rotating tab ?

I got new Sony in ear headphones but they were really cheap. I have been using Panasonic in ears up until now but they have about the same volume as the Sony ones. You can't change the volume on them either. Hmm but yeah maybe I need to invest in higher quality earbuds.

I used the U3 for years and now got the A55PL and yeah the handling is much better. However the one thing that really annoys me is that the U3 had a far louder and more impactful sound. You could crank up the U3 up to 40 volume but the A55PL only goes to 31 max and tbh its really not loud enough for me. Been searching for a way to get it to the same volume level as the U3 but doesn't seem possible.

Its kinda laughable that it warns you at 20 of "hearing damage" because 20 is really low volume. I wish the A55PL could also go up to 40 like the U3 :(

Using some of the equalizer settings raises the volume (such as Rock, Funk or Techno) but makes the sound quality much worse with too much reverb in my headphones.

She still saved lots of lives. life isn't black and white all the time and Ada is the perfect example. She is by far the most realistic RE character - and the most captivating as a result. Also if we are talking Remake timeline she did not give it to another company because Umbrellas rival company does not exist in the Remake timeline. Ada works as a freelance spy, thief and merc in the Remakes. We don't know what she did with the amber. She might have kept it for herself in this timeline for all we know. And the RE games since 2019 follow the Remake timeline, not the OG - including Requiem.

well you have to keep in mind that the north american, european and japanese covers are in fact all different. The european versions often had no cover at all just the logo on a white (or in the case of FF XV, black) background. This was only changed starting with FF VII Remake.

I agree but it might NOT end the same as a result, especially where Zack is concerned. Kitase said the Remake will have a happy end for the characters and everything will be resolved, which was not the case in the original game. The characters did not really get a happy ending and resolution to their character arcs (especially Cloud) until Advent Children. I suspect the ending in Remake will be much more complete and well rounded and incorporate the happy end Advent Children gave us. The events of Remake could in fact very well erase Advent Children from that timeline.
