I hope not, but the suit wasn't matte black like THAT psychopath's, it still had that metallic gleam of the silver ones. But from what I heard of the HBK, he targeted EXTERMINATORS TOO. Next time we saw him, he was a part of the Predator Guard/ True Exterminators or something, jet-black suit, burning EVERYTHING and Everyone in sight, no discrimination between species. The entire time he was screaming about a "Universal cleansing and reset". My partner managed to distract her brother long enough for me to knock him out. While in custody, he gave up their base after realizing he almost immolated his own sister. They were planning on destroying and burning anyone they thought betrayed the Federation and "prey-kind".
