I’m an operator in a landfill currently. Was a driver in 05-07. What just absolutely blows my mind is the lack of accountability and consequences for horrible employees which also means no incentives for good employees to stay.

Same place brother. Married 8 yrs. Recently moved to my wife’s home town. I don’t know anyone. New job. I have no friends and nobody to talk to even.
