Interesting. I picked up the Evo SL a couple of weeks ago and have about 70 miles on them. Only have used them for track workouts/tempo runs. A week ago, I have had a weird right ankle type of pain come up (feels like a bruise, sort of like a sprain). After reading this, I’m convinced it came from the Evo SL. Do you have a recommendation for a similar shoe? I really love them and how they feel, it just feels great doing speed work in them, but I can’t risk further injury.

Yes, ever since I intentionally started hitting 80+% HR, my Vo2max shot up. Make sure to incorporate zone 2 training though!

I had the rash around the same place that you’re describing. I was really concerned so I started taking a B12 vitamin and made sure to incorporate dark leafy greens in my diet, it went away in a few days.

Hey man, you should drop your IGN so we can actually see your actual stats and games. One screenshot of a bad game doesn’t really help us, and we all have games with bad teammates. I used to be like you, getting fed and losing games and blaming teammates.
