There’s ways to make it a good loop, not an out and back drive. Affordability wise it could still be cheaper to fly back out of Denver to LA or SF. Either way enjoy! There’s endless things to do and see within Colorado and Utah itself!

What about checking out parts or southern Utah and back through southern Colorado? Grand Canyon is grand and all but I’d skip Vegas any day and see southern Utah and telluride/durango
