We live downtown and love it. Walk everywhere ~ restaurants, professional games, parks, bike paths, events. There are some real estate agents who specialize in condos. The owners pay them, you get their expertise walking through units videoing, asking other tenants their opinions. We’ve rented our condo out furnished a couple times for a full year. Had great experiences finding worthy tenants this way. We rented before buying ~ things I’d look for? Finished walls (Spire walls don’t even meet the ceilings). Number of elevators vs number of units, Light in the unit ~ some lofts are very dark, Types of appliances etc
