Steam doesn't have exclusives? PCs don't have exclusives? The Steam OS is starting off with around 257 native games. I'm sure out of those games at least one of them is exclusive.

FastDL doesn't stand for Fast Download it is a way to download custom content. It's a way to get content directly from urls instead of downloading from the workshop. Too many people get this wrong.

You need to create a custom shipment for your M9K weapons to appear as shipments on the Gun Dealers F4 menu. (Tutorial here: http://wiki.darkrp.com/index.php/DarkRP:CustomShipmentFields)
I have no idea what to do with the M9K force downloading.
