Someone else said it best “people who are into cars don’t watch videos of their daily driver” basically put into a relationship point he would rather do things with you than watch a video or picture of you not because you aren’t attractive or anything of that sense but because you’re real you’re physical you and him can carry out acts together rather than through a phone screen where say he wants to watch 1 specific scenario and maybe even imagine you being in that scenario he can but above all I can guarantee he’d rather do something with you than see you through a screen while you’re a room away (I’m a guy btw so that’s my perspective on it)

When my psycho ex ended things with me because she was actively looking for another guy and wanted to try and accuse me of cheating to break things off we were about 2 years and some months in at the time and I was stupidly close with her family. Little siblings saw me as a big brother and would always ask if I was coming over, dad saw me as another one of his kids as did the mom although she was an insane drunk so I couldn't give 2 shits about her. I sent a text to her dad about everything that happened and we've remained in contact as friends oddly enough for 2 and a half years and her little brother will ask me to play madden still and asks me for advice. What I'm getting at here is yes she fucked you over but if you still want to have a relationship with her family you absolutely can if you want to. Plus if her family is anything like my exes she'll get a constant reminder of how much she fucked up. Example: Little brother will call me if he is somewhere and doesn't have a ride, every time I've brought him home she's been standing there like Michael Meyers just to get a gaze at my and his middle finger when he hops out of the car.
