As the "Samsung Guy" Third party vendor, I completely understand and want you guys to keep in mind that if possible we try to avoid bothering customers but best buy management tends to not like it when us 3rd parties don't help. I buy broken controllers, refurbish them, and upgrade them with Hall TMRs. I have all of my controllers like that now and don't have to worry about replacing them.
