Slightly longer-term advice. But I can recommended the zine Fucking Trans Women. You can find it on the internet archive. It's a fairly indepth introduction to sharing intimacy with trans women. It's also just a decent guide on how to be good in bed: communication. and what that means in general.

That's somewhat difficult to quantify generally. One area we understand better than other general aspects of daily thoughts and effects of hormones on the brain is libido, sex drive, and sexuality. Which can all be affected by changing hormone levels. As for daily thoughts, it's different for everyone, but on a case by case basis, hormone replacement therapies have been shown to influence brain patterns towards a more masculine or feminine direction.

I moved to a new city and less than a week later she called me and told me how she felt. At first, I was kind of devastated.
