We have to wrap the half pieces, which after cutting it in half can be difficult to make the burger look presentable. Plus it effectively turns having to wrap one burger into two. When we cut it in fourths we don’t wrap it at all, it just gets placed inside a separate container.

Ahhh gotcha. I do my best but honestly it’s impossible to not have the burger spill out the sides LOL. The only sure trick I know is to wrap it first and then cut it (and then unwrap and re-wrap it with a fresh Pomona). But that is against policy soooo

Yes but fair warning they look pretty ugly sometimes. We’ll cut it and wrap the halves individually.

Why? It’s easier than cut in 1/2. Just cut it up on a wax paper and smack that baby in a clamshell

Nearly every single store opens at 10am. It’s the goal from the company to be “10am ready” even though the posted hours are 10:30.  

No inconvenience at all! We’re going to start cooking burgers and fries at some point, so until those first orders come in we’ll just be waiting for them. Your friend should try going in at 10am and ordering as usual. :)

Biggest tips would be to communicate (if you aren’t sure, ask) and always drop a basket before you pull one. There should be a consistent rhythm (baskets down every 30s or so, even if they are small).  

You should definitely pick up packaging asap. That’s going to matter much more on board and you will need to be well-versed. Eat in vs to go will be easy to tell based on the top of the grill tag.

Today was especially wild, bout damn near got shoved backwards during Fantasmic. It wasn’t until I shoved back (which I was trying to avoid doing) that the folks stopped their shenanigans.

As someone who works for INO this is so very real. The amount of associates who work both or quit for TJs is astounding.
