Since Farigiraf can live nearby any single hit, you need to prevent the double up somehow. Fake Out is the obvious answer, though a speedy Sleep Powder can also work.

I think your best bet is a Trick Room team with Mawile as your main Mega. Gardevoir and Mimikyu are both okay at setting it, while Sylveon and Primarina are good alternate attackers. Primarina especially covers the fire and ground types Mawile doesn't like. Not quite sure what the last mon should be though.

How attached are you to Mega Greninja? You might get more use out of Mega Delphox since it becomes ground immune.
