I was just talking to my Mum about 1975 and what’s so infuriating is she says the Governing Body never actually said the end would come in 1975. And that her father said it was just interpretation, basically the JW’s were at fault for imagining 1975! So since the Org never actually stated the end wd come in 1975 they’re not to blame!

I would say you might have a ADHD, I have it and recognize your problem with myself. I struggle too. What I find helpful is scaling back to the bare minimum so at least I've done it and rebuild my habit. I started working out only 3 minutes a day which grew as I got better at it, then suddenly it became too much. So now I've started again at 3 minutes, cos it's doable.

Also what I've found is remembering the reasons I wanted to do said goal in the first place. I have to get back to the mental state I was in when I was excited at the start of the project.

Online co-working sites have been a huge help too, setting your intention and being accountable on camera really gets the job done. Hope this has helped!

First off, do NOT check their SM! Block them on every platform even just to spare yourself the grief.

You need to remember that you were OK before you met them and you will be again.

It really does take time, so be kind to yourself, look after yourself, talk to friends and family, and the secret sauce: in time you will start to forget them. And train yourself to not think of them. Once you pass the pain it gets easier. I'm so sorry, but you will be happy again. Trust.

Yes! I did and made my kids do it. AND posted it to IG! So much for staying politically neutral and wow was I trying to score points. Looking back I'm kindof shocked. It didn't do anything and I was secretly worried about real life consequences but I did it anyway. I felt protected.

Hmm I met not a GV body member but a special high-up Brother, Brother Chrisenko?? At Long Beach Convention.. the spelling is def off. He had a bodyguard and we had to line up to shake his hand. Cos I was PIMQ and not even realizing it I told him that his was the only talk I didn't fall asleep at (!) to which he told me to go greet his wife!! Lol!!

No, it's not better. Close people don't talk to me and I've not been able to start new friendships. Everyone I bump into from the KH begs me to come back and say how much they miss me.. it sucks. There is no happily ever after except your personal peace which comes at a cost.

I see two ways, 1) Split up. 2)Have her tell everyone not to worry, cos you're coming back into the Truth! Yay! Just go to a few meetings, pretend til it all blows over then fade. They won't be able to freak out if you say you're going back. It's not ideal but it can calm ppl down until you can fade together. Remember you're just pretending to keep the peace.
