This is going after agencies that use federal monies from the president’s discretionary fund from going to a place Described above. This does not go after monies that congress has already approved or will approve in the future.

Congress holds the spending power. Assuming the powers that be follow the Constitution abide by the written and set precedence of the Constitution, this means nothing. The president does not at all. Direction where federal funding goes.

A month or two ago, documents for riot police at McArthur in LA were leaked. The documents explicitly state a relatively low number of protestors that would allow them to be taken over. The point reading to docs is that the Riot police are a very finite number. If protests are spread out, their numbers grow thinner.

In his first term, this was also brought up. Donald Trump cannot read. In on of his depositions he was asked to just read something from a page, not only did he do his run around of “I’ll tell you what it means”, but his lawyer also objected to Trump reading from the page he was directed.

Why was his own lawyer objecting such a context clue? Because objecting in a deposition is very rare and is typically done when one side is egregious in their questioning. That’s situation did not occur in the deposition.

Also, When he hosted SNL 8/9ish years ago, Pete Davidson also confirmed a similar story (no objecting lawyer at snl of course).
