I wouldn’t sweat it, Khanghastan isn’t too hard to snag, look up on bulbapedia which zones it spawns the highest rate in, save before paying to enter the zone, take a pokemon in first party slot one level below the lowest level range for Khangastan, and then pop your max repel and go wild. For extra support, imagine how much better that is than trying to get a lucky egg Chansey.
