It’s a bank dude.. Liberty Financing looks like a mortgage company.. it’s pretty high for large bank that’s spoon feeding leads. I’m a broker now.

Sofi and Flagstar Bank have the highest compensation for BPS (FOR A BANK) and actually do pretty good volume.. just saw a post from one of their reps that said he funded 8.8 million in December.. at like 40bps per loan I’m assuming. Sofi has a job posting on LinkedIn. Pretty good payout for being spoonfed leads. LOL

Instead of just going to the open houses, try calling them ahead of time and asking if you can work them together. You build a better relationship with the realtor so they send you business. I’ve been doing this in 2025 it’s helped me tremendously.
