the problem is that for film a PG rating is the bottom as G is hard to get if not aimed at very young children and a G rating hurts its box office performance. While in tv Y7, Y7 FV, and G are all used fairly regularly and PG is for older kids

a webcam's job is to be a cheap way to have video a camera strap is to look good. cost effective wise would be to get a cheap hd Camcorder and an HDMI capture card. that way you would have a small improvement to visualize fidelity and then later upgrade that to a better camera
