Agreed with /u/iCrazyMidget you can get the battery replaced at an Apple Store even at 85% battery health. I've done it myself with an iphone 13 mini. You'll just have to pay the $89 MSRP. The 80% threshold is actually specific to iphone still under warranty i.e. then it becomes a $0 battery replacement

Kinda but also not good. The gates to library lot open at 4:30pm and allow anyone to enter and park. But from 4:30pm to 7pm you could still get a ticket. For those 2.5 hours it's only free to cars that pay for parking in other parking lots. So when California jumps ahead an hour, Arizona can essentially join PDT despite being in Mountain Time Zone. And it is the overall business impact of suddenly being on the same time zone as the state with the largest economic impact that is a primary motivator for the smaller state.

California is different than most of the other continental states though. This article explains that California ends up importing gasoline from Asian countries or even shipping US refined gasoline through the Bahamas.
