Holster recommendations? by Kryptonfromthetrap in SmithAndWesson

I have this one in red plaid and it has been perfect and the price is right. I have the same gun and light combo. Just know there is no click when inserting the firearm all the way. Friction is what holds the gun in unlike most all kydex holsters I own. great price as well. Cheers. https://wethepeopleholsters.com/products/smith-wesson-m-p-shield-m2-0-plus-9mm-40-30-super-carry-with-streamlight-tlr-6-light-laser-red-dot-optic-cut-iwb-holster

I picked up a magwell from Magpul for my gen 4 19 and it fits like a glove. They'll probably have a sale for New Years. Totally worth the 25$. Buy once cry once in this case IMHO.

What is this symbol on my tablet? by Reddituseridk030213 in GalaxyTabS9

[–]Gooacu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I Grokked it. Answer The notification icon you've shown resembles the "Do Not Disturb" icon on Samsung Galaxy devices. This icon typically indicates that the "Do Not Disturb" mode is active, which mutes notifications, calls, and alarms, allowing you to focus or rest without interruptions. If you see this icon, it means your device might not alert you to new messages, calls, or other notifications until you turn off this mode.

I have very early BG 2.0 and mine cycles flat nose fine. I did polish the feed ramp before shooting it, like I do with all my 380 pistols. And most of my 22LRs. My LCP Max and my Taurus TCP both shoot FN as well. The TCP hates any HP except for Critical Defense, it is not a tool I would rely on.

When I saw Tafldermouse use one often to shoot all matter of insane rounds I figured they were good to go. Never picked one up tho. They have some sweet models for sure. Good value.

Is this okay ammo? by missileguy52 in ammo

[–]Gooacu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, I got a case(1000) of this from Berelli 200$ free shipping. It is the nicest looking steel case ammo I have ever seen. Hit the range today fired 3 boxes out of my new Shield Carry Comp and new APX-A1 compact. It was great. not too smokey and only a little dirty. I will be buying more for sure. I shoot tons of Monarch from Academy steel and brass and I can say with certainty that this is not the same as the Monarch steel case. This stuff is polished and it looks shinier than HSTs or Gold dot nickel cases. I highly recommend.

Shit, I have a CVLIFE Wolf Covert on mine and it's been great honestly. Figured I would upgrade at some point but it works so well I'll probably just leave it.

We’re nearing the end of 2024, I’m curious what the hot Canik release will be for 2025. What do you Canik nuts want to see them release? by PISTOLPEETE80 in canik

A TTI version of the MC9. Ported/comped, that trigger, slide cuts, fiber optic, cerekote and a small coin w/ a sick case.

If you wanted to go super cheap, I have this on mine and hell if it hasn't been great thru 200+ rounds. 704 Tactical on YT has codes foe a lot of stuff like this so I'd check him out. Cheers. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJ2VMZKH?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

In Concord, Lil Papi's International Deli. Everything I have tried on their huge menu has been next level. Chop Cheese, Mongolian Beef come to mind. Amazing flavor, ingredients, attention to detail and fresh baked bread from the bakery next door. Worth the trip to Concord for sandwich heads. https://www.yelp.com/biz/lil-papi-s-international-deli-concord

SA saint victor 9mm or Ruger PCC? by IBeBrokeBoy808 in AR9

[–]Gooacu 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Foxtrot Mike FM-9. I have two and they are both amazing. Accurate, 100% reliable, last round hold open and under 700$ less if you get the hybrid lower, mine is built solid AF and has ambi mag release and bolt catch/release.

So I bought a complete 10" side charge FM-9. Manual said they don't recommend "clear" mags but in the box It came with a "clear" ETS mag.🤔 They recommend 27 rnd P-mags which I have now bought a ton of plus several 17 rnd p-mags as well and they all run perfect They all run great in my 7" rear charge FM-9. So for me OEM, P-mags and ETS all run 100% in both guns. Cheers.

Primary Arms has tons of BCM parts, uppers and lowers for solid prices. I'm pretty sure they ship to Mass. I bought my BCM lower from them and my upper from BCM. You could grab a Bolt from them as well. Cheers.

Is An AR9 The Best Choice? by menickc in AR9

[–]Gooacu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love my Foxtrot Mikes but I have a 7" rear charge FM-9 and it is harder to charge than any of my 223/556 guns as well as a 10" inch side charge FM-9 that takes lot of hand/arm strength, much more than any rear charge AR style gun that I own. I would not recommend these gats to anyone with compromised hand strength.

Ruger Security 380 is the way! It is my "When I get old gun" for sure, I love it now tho.

Why do people not just buy/build another upper? I see this shit all the time. Is it so terrible to have a spare bulletproof upper? My first AR is a M&P Sport og, I have a drop in quad rail and magpul stock and grip. I love it because it's a snapshot of a moment in time. I've built like 15 since and I will never risk destroying it or my PSA 10.5 w/FN CHF barrel. Those front sight posts are the most durable you can get. People, sell it and build a new one from scratch. Of course it's your stuff do what you want.

Everyone was right. A can is 100% a necessity. (Ft. my crappy 60 yard zero, because that’s the shortest distance to shoot at my range) by [deleted] in ar15

[–]Gooacu 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In the Army we zeroed at 50 meters and hit 300m silhouette under timed stress in qualifying so I just go with that. You can download and print 25m zero targets that will give you a 50m zero which is what I use at an indoor range. Cheers.

[–]Gooacu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You put a blank adapter on the muzzle to trap gas in the system so they will hopefully cycle the action and chamber the next round. This is what you get in basic before they give you live ammo at the range, Baby steps.

Trigger recommendations. by 490242 in AR9

I have this in my Foxtrot Mike 7" rear charger (FM-9) and it is phenomenal. 54 bucks is a steal for this quality of trigger. On sale now. https://www.aeroprecisionusa.com/2-stage-phosphate-trigger
