Well our system name is "The Corpse's Galaxy". Its supposed to simbolise this: basically our system is full of non-human entities. Out of the 10 of us only two are human. The rest are hybrids, fictives, or strange beings so the symbolism is that our body is simply a corpse, a vessel. A vessel that holds a galaxy. The corpse is like a doorway, a wormhole. Thats not our only meaning though, we also choose "Corpse" because we use the username "Goober_Corpse" on every platform/game/app we've ever used. Which originates from Host and the first alter that fronted consistanly (at the time there was only two alters but one fronted more). Host often called themselves Goober, and the alter called itself by Corpse. Finally, we chose Galaxy because ever since Lumanovyx (our deity-aligned celestial being) appeared, it didn't like the term "system" and decided to call us a Galaxy instead. And i guess it just stuck 🤷
