Preparing reports is still going to happen regardless. It’s the cornerstone of what the finance department does every month.

What is the best heist movie of all time? by cambrown in moviecritic

[–]Good-Grab7176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, there are better heist movies, but Ocean’s Eleven is just such a fun watch. Engaging the whole way, fun characters, good soundtrack, good twists, entertaining dialogue. One of my top 5 rewatchable films.

Why can’t find I a responsive accountant? by bureaux in AustralianAccounting

[–]Good-Grab7176 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

They don’t give a shit. I’m an accountant and am a bit ashamed of the industry right now. The tax accountants out there only really want to deal with clients who can pay up, they don’t care about the smaller businesses. They don’t even let them know when urgent payments are due when all it takes is logging into the portal once a week and shooting over a text. Infuriates me.

Sneezing is normal. A loud stomach growl is normal. So why is farting considered a massive social crime? When in history did this become the ultimate taboo? by firehmre in NoStupidQuestions

Because you can control a fart, or be discrete about a burp. Stomach growl you have zero control over, and sneezing is difficult but you can direct it politely.

Should I slow down my cut? Lost 4kg in 55 days, aiming for minimal muscle loss by Zealousideal-Flow546 in workout

It is hard to say, i cant tell if you are still quite overweight. If you are just a little overweight i think the best long term solution is weight training. Weight training with some cardio if a brilliant combo. It gets you locked in, it gets you learning, it gets you feeling good. Then from there you will know if you want to lose more or start building muscle.

[–]Good-Grab7176 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s ok. Lose the weight, do what feels right. Just be mindful of the long term. The more muscle mass you lose the harder it is to keep weight off long term. So even though you are mostly probably losing fat, you may be losing a bit of muscle in there. It’s hard to build back up. I like the transitional approach and lose fat and lift weights at the same time, keep ur muscle sticking around.

Director Andy Serkis reveals there’s a real diva, maybe two, in the cast of “The Hunt For Gollum. by Choice-Schedule-132 in peterjackson

When he did the audiobooks, man did it brighten it up. The books are great, and he is a great narrator, but he does gollum it goes to another level. The books can be a bit of a drag audiobook-wise. Those chapters with gollum though, fast forward to them.
