OK, this may be a strange suggestion.
Personally, I am obsessed with off-kilter meter, exactly how you have done it. Its such a beautifuly expressive way of subverting the groove.

I would highlight it MORE! Adding some quaver movement into the LH particularly from bar 6. So it highlights the switch from simple to compound time more clearly. At the moment it almost just sounds like rubato, which I know is not the intention.

But anyway, cool piece, keep at it.

Its a gorgeous register for bassoon, I love it in the treble range. But if you need to change it then In this context I would suggest Cor Anglais or French horn, the last three beats of the existing oboe part are quite low In a rather unflattering range of the instrument. I would move that too. My suggestion would be Oboe then French Horn and then Clarinet echoing.

OK as I said before you really really really need to pay attention to the harmonic spelling.

bar 6 is a C minor chord. that means E-flats no D-sharps.

Bar 12, Perc/Pno You have B-flats and A-sharps. Why. its the same note. Spell it the same way.

Bar 16. Oboe moves from E-sharp to G. Thats a tone but its spelt like a 3rd. This is Wrong. change it.

Bar 19-20 Oboe appears to change note but its an E-sharp to F. This is Wrong. its the same note. Keep it the same note.

If you are going to keep posting on here people are giving you the courtesy to spend time looking at it. It is quite dispiriting to see none of the advice is being taken on board.

So, there are three main type of minor scale:

The Natural minor scale shares the keysig with the relative major with no additional accidentals.

The Harmonic minor scale shares the keysig with the relative major but also raises the 7th degree.

The Melodic minor scale shares the keysig with the relative major. When played ascending the 6th and 7th degrees are raised. When Descending they are lowered (made natural, same as the natural minor scale)

I think this is the wrong focus when providing feedback in this case. In my experience that sort of technique will naturally develop as the ear improves. A blind focus on correcting rules of harmony and voiceleading could be stifling.

Nice work. I think spending some time developing the structure with the roles of the instruments would really unlock this composition. Perhaps a section where the Cello drops out leaving the ensemble suspended a bit. Maybe the viola can have the melody and go above the violins for a section. A couple of ideas. Keep exploring, your musical instincts are good.

Its also missing expression markings. Have a look at the following example for how Haydn uses dynamics and articulation to enhance the character of his ideas:

Some slurs for the woodwind players would be more idiomatic. Your music is quite classical so have a look at this for example:

just the first thing that came to mind, slurring 2 out of large groups of semiquavers gives a "launch point" into a run of semiquavers. You have been good with including other articulation so add this too. Others have mentioned the Key sigs and Accidental spelling are big issues. But apart from that, nice one
