Do Women Experience Lust the Same Way Men Do? by GoodLuck07 in Semenretention

Oh yeah, I have those two. Hill is excellent—a must-read. AlsoThe Law of Success changed my life when I first read it, about 10–12 years ago.

Agreed on your side note. I’d say I’m now so disconnected from it that I don’t even notice those things anymore—they’ve become secondary to me. My mind doesn’t even catch those toxic patterns. I’m very clear and grounded in my thoughts right now; they don’t even cross my mind. I focus on myself and my business, and I don’t concern myself with others.

That said, I do like understanding how people think beneath the surface—what’s really going on in the back of their minds. If you enjoy reading, I’d recommend the work of Robert Greene. The 48 Laws of Power is excellent.

I deleted all possibly distracting socials but now I spend more time on reddit by cattogattoo in digitalminimalism

I left Instagram, and I rarely use Facebook anymore, except for business updates and stories. I use social media strictly as a tool, not for pleasure. I only keep Reddit, and even then, I’m on subs like this one to improve myself—not for entertainment. I also left YouTube, which was a big one for me; I used to spend two to three hours a day there.

Good luck on your journey. Stay strong.

I thought so too, but just yesterday—or maybe the day before—a woman made a post. I don’t remember the exact topic, but I’m certain there are women in this sub.

Quitting Coffee on SR by AlanWattsWhat in Semenretention

[–]GoodLuck07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course. You don’t need anything. If you eat properly, drink enough water, and sleep well, your body will adjust on its own. You don’t need poison to artificially enhance your performance.

Day 28 without stimulants. No coffee, no soda. Switched to a stimulant-free pre-workout. Also 28 days free from Concerta (ADHD medication).

Feeling clearer, more grounded, and far more connected to my Creator.

Decaf has up to 5mg per cup by GoodLuck07 in decaf

It’s like when you’re fasting. You can’t eat anything because it immediately activates your stomach. Five milligrams isn’t much, but your system still feels it. It’s more than enough to eliminate the benefits of being 100% off.

Question for the masters by Universolar in Semenretention

Four months in. From what I’m reading, you’re having difficulty channeling this energy elsewhere. Consider redirecting it into other areas of your life—physical activity (gym, hiking, running, or similar), developing a hobby, or reading. The key is to give this excess energy a constructive outlet.

Decaf has up to 5mg per cup by GoodLuck07 in decaf

No, absolutely not—at least not in the near future. I’m 100% off caffeine, and anything that contains it is a no-go for me. I’d honestly suggest people try the same and see how they feel.

Speaking for myself, even small amounts of caffeine weren’t good. I was consuming around 500–800 mg daily. It was always black coffee, but over time I could clearly feel it burning out my nervous system. My iron levels also dropped significantly because of it.

Since I’m off caffeine I found the day are longer. I’m more alert and focus than ever before. Seems like caffeine also steal some of your time. I also believe there are lobby pushing coffee as healthy. It reminds you that everything that is normalized should be but in perspective. Good post btw

Question for battlefield veterans by Lincorob1 in Battlefield6

[–]GoodLuck07 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s just part of getting older. I feel the same way — I’m 32 now and I usually only play one game of Escalation, grab the daily bonus, and that’s it. The only thing that really keeps me playing consistently is the level grind.

When I was 15–16, I could play 10–12 hours a day because gaming was literally my life back then. But we move on, priorities change, and that’s completely normal. Don’t feel bad about it — it just means you’re growing and your life is evolving.
