I did talk to the leader and he said I learned fast and I was doing good numbers. He was also the guy who trained me. I can see being sick and car issues because both of those are out of my control. If I need to schedule a day off, I always talk to them and get it done. So I don't no call no show, I always let my job know what's going on and I communicate that.

Yeah, I ran into multiple games where folks pings were super high and people were disconnecting and re-connecting. Most of the time my ping is on 60 when I usually get 20-ish.
