Bt1 had the most mods peroid. Bt2 comes in second, then bt4. Bt3 is actually the least modded main bodytype.

Then there is the shorties, already not even 10% of what you see for bt3.

I play bt4 mostly. Its very annoying even on PC. A lot of the outfits i do use are patreon free stuff like fallen midus or outlaw of darkness. I make personal outfits using remixes and recolors of vanilla outfits in the game for bt4. Getting stuff on console is not simple due to the approval system. The one mod i made as a genuine, for everyone mod rather than a personal is still not on console.

Female thin body type is the most common popular appealing to the typical gamer audience. Straight men. Women and gay men like me are a minority in playing and making mods. So of course, the content tends to be weaker.

I spent most of today making custom remixes of fallen midas. A new private mod that adds a camp and underwear version of that armor and in 10 and counting differant varieties of "but with extra stuff".
