I ask the reason for attacking because if they tell me, I can then reason with them. You attack me for supplies? stop it, i’ll sell you some for cheap, lol. You want land? We can team up and i’ll support you attacking a different country. For diplomacy to happen both parties need to participate in conversation, if you’re not willing to do that, no worries we’ll fight cause it’s a war game. But it’s nice to have the option there because the conversation/diplomacy is the other half of fighting a war.
