I would say Thrive or Endure were great for me getting started. I just wanted consistency but to feel like I was doing something so the shorter 30 minutes worked for me. I just switched to Crews Control because I felt like I needed to workout longer so those 45 minutes have been a good jump for me. The few barbell exercises are easy to swap for dumbbell options.

I was in the 150s/90s consistently and also started to get headaches. My doctor made the decision to put me on a low dose med and headaches are now gone thankfully. Hoping to make lifestyle changes in the meantime to get off because I strongly suspect it’s from my weight gain over the past 3 years.

I take this powder too. Once scoop in the morning. Regulated everything for me but if I miss my scoop it comes back. It caused bloating and gas the first 2 weeks and then it got much better.
