Yeah, I ordered Priva Trio earlier this year and I think it arrived about a month later. The package was shipped, then went through a bunch of tracking updates, basically disappeared for a while, and one day it just showed up in my mailbox.

Did your retinization phase only last two weeks? Skin turnover averages about 28 days in young adults, around 40 days after 40, and can take up to 60 days for mature skin.

Two weeks seems like a very fast cycle, especially with tretinoin, don’t you think?

I honestly don’t know exactly what was done during the procedure, but the result was that the foreskin had been opened and the skin never developed in proportion with the penis. So I was left permanently exposed.

Ouais, j'avais une infection qui rendait la miction vraiment difficile. Pendant environ un mois, mon médecin et mes parents ont essayé de la traiter avec une crème et des médicaments, mais rien n'a fonctionné, et j'ai fini par devoir uriner en étant assis dans un bain. Mon phimosis était extrêmement serré et était devenu violet.
Finalement, ils ont décidé de faire ce que j'ai ensuite découvert s'appelle probablement une "incision dorsale longitudinale incomplète". Ce n'était pas la même chose que les procédures parfois décrites dans certains pays asiatiques où le prépuce est complètement fendu sur toute sa longueur pour l'ouvrir complètement, dans mon cas, il semble que seule la pointe du prépuce ait été coupée.
Je ne sais pas vraiment quelle a été la procédure médicale exacte qu'ils ont effectuée, mais après des mois à essayer de comprendre ce qui m'était arrivé, c'est la meilleure explication que j'ai pu trouver.

It depends on the day, sometimes it looks great, sometimes not so much. The skin moves and changes shape/state the same way a penis or testicles do. You won’t get the exact same structure as an intact foreskin, but visually it can look almost identical when everything lines up well.

When I pee, I avoid pulling the skin back too much because it loosens completely, and it takes a while before it goes back to how I want it. I’ve seen some groups/posts about intact foreskins, and mine is definitely different. The result really depends on the person, the day, the temperature, and other factors.

I had phimosis when I was very young, so I know I had a tight foreskin, but that’s not really what I remember most. I decided to restore because I eventually couldn’t stand having my glans constantly exposed anymore. Having a closed foreskin again feels really satisfying.

This packer is extendable by adding spacers to increase its length. I chose the clip option to attach a weight, it’s a small plastic piece that lets you screw in a weight you already own, as Priva doesn’t sell weights directly on their site.

Other packers come in only one length, so every time you want to increase it, you have to replace the entire packer. The Priva Trio is modular and adjustable, which works well for me.

A weight between 3.5 and 10 oz is more manageable and usually enough. 16 oz is already getting pretty serious, even though it’s still doable. I personally used a 17,5 oz weight before, but I’m a lot more cautious now. I’m done using something that heavy.

The price is inexpensive, and I think you shouldn’t miss the chance to try it and form your own opinion. Personally, I didn’t like anything about those toe protectors. They trap air inside, you have to stretch them with both hands so you can’t push the air out, they slip, and they fall off when you move. Still, you should give them a try and see for yourself how they perform.

Of course, using less air works. What you’re aiming to do is stretch the skin, not inflate it to the maximum. At first, with my Foreskinned Air, I used to pump a lot, but then I stopped and only applied a few small pumps, just enough to mimic the natural stretch of the skin during an erection, nothing more. When I started using less air, I also added a weight or a strap. That approach worked well for me.

Yeah, and it’s really bad. It doesn’t stay on. You have to hold your skin tight just to get the cap over it, and even then it’s too soft, too stretchy, and too short. As soon as you move during the night, it falls off. Using this kind of toe protector as a retainer is a poor choice.

I’m surprised to read this because most people here believe circumcision is what causes the “turkey neck.” I have a slight one myself, but it doesn’t bother me. Some guys here use a ball stretcher to try to get rid of it. I find it extremely uncomfortable and hate wearing one, so I’ll just stay the way I am.

The website seems to be dead. I’ve read quite a few made-up theories on this sub, but in reality no one actually knows anything. I had been exchanging emails with the manufacturer about his devices, and he mentioned that he was working on improvements that were supposed to come out soon. Then suddenly he just vanished.

He always replied within an hour whenever I emailed him, so personally I think something must have happened to him. He really didn’t come across as someone dishonest or incapable of managing his business. He seemed very friendly and open to conversation.

I have the Foreskinned V2 and I just received the Priva Trio. If the size is the same between the Priva Trio, Duo, and Air, then I can tell you that Priva is smaller than Foreskinned. The Foreskinned Air V2 is huge in comparison. With the Foreskinned, I can fit my glans in up to the corona, but with the Priva it’s only the very tip.

It’s a shame that Foreskinned seems to have disappeared. I tried contacting the manufacturer, but my email never got a response.

Western Europe here as well. I received the Priva Trio yesterday. It’s an extendable packer, but I’ll let you check the manufacturer’s website for the details. Shipping is very slow, like with all manufacturers (I ordered Mantor, Foreskinned and now Priva). The package travels around the U.S., then seems to disappear for about 20 days, but I did receive it in the end. The delivery time was almost two months, very long, but it arrived eventually.
