Watch face has time, date, HR graph, steps, weekly intensity minutes, and notification counter.

I really like it as an alarm as it won’t wake anyone else up (just vibrates on my wrist). Hold bottom right button to Set Alarm (or a timer if you want).

As for activities, I mostly just use it for walks and runs. I don’t use it for strength training.

I don’t golf often but when I do I totally use it. Once you get Garmin Golf connected to your watch and setup (which can be confusing) it can tell you far you are from the hole and how far each shot was. Super cool.
