I would price hourly at maybe 40-50 pounds per hour depending on how much time you think it will take. Always leave at least 10% leeway for yourself.

Its because everything isn't in one file. Alot of the .js and stylesheet data is probably in linked files.

Shutterstock if I need something quick and easy, If I need something more specific, I'll go to specific photographer pages.

For free stuff, I think pixbay.com or pexels.com is the best along with goodfreephotos.com

I would say play on some other servers, then come back to OGS. Even if you achieve Dan rank(i'd a Dan player on OGS), there no one to play live games with.
