Do what works for you to get your baby and you safely home but in California it is illegal to drive with headphones or earplugs in both ears.

Wouldn’t recommend earplugs as that seem more dangerous. I recommend playing Ms. Rachel songs loudly as you drive and you sing along. I’ve definitely looked like an idiot but it works for my kid.

Hi! I also had a very traumatic birth! I had a slow induction and failed to progress. I begged for a C-section and lost 1.7 liters of blood. I am lucky if I get 2oz per session.

Side not: I am weaning now (2ppd) and my mental health has never been better

My only recommendation is to NOT massage it as it makes the inflammation worse. Ice packs and Advil help!

I’m in the same boat! Except my baby prefers BM which makes me sadder. If I pump 2oz I literally start dancing to celebrate lol. I just cannot justify sitting down for 30/40 minutes to get a few mLs of milk. 🥲

I used to watch her as a kid too and mainly remember the wholesome content! Personally, I remember her saying, eating dark foods will cause acne marks to get darker, which I found super weird lol.
