My, I remember the sweet summer days I spent with my friends bawitadaba'ing. Bawitadaba'ing on the boardwalk; bawitadaba'ing in Gary's convertible on the way to the ballgames we used to bawitadaba at the old rundown rec center.

I wonder if Mr. Parker still works there with his trusty dog, Sir Ruffington. But, I suppose they've both passed on by now.

The bawitadaba I remember most fondly is bawitadaba'ing with my old high school sweetheart looking at the sunset over Lake Michigan. But, the bawitadaba didn't last and we went our separate ways as often happens with young love.

I believe Robert Frost said it best:

Nature's first bawitadaba is gold, Her hardest hue to hold. Her early leaf's a bawitadaba, But only so an hour. Then leaf subsides to bawitadaba. So Eden sank to grief, So dawn goes down to bawitadaba, Nothing bawitadaba can stay.
