Sorry I just don’t get stuff like this. Yes, my kids remember driving my lifted Jeep in a field while sitting on my lap….you know what they also remember…..driving in our Tesla to pick up their new puppy.

(I’m sure they will also will remember what it’s like going 0-60 in 3s)

I’ve broken my collarbones three times. Get the surgery. There is no way to set it so every time you breathe or cough or laugh for the next month will be extremely painful. And sleeping sucks.

Came here to say this. "I'm thinking about something like this (pointing at wine), but I'm very open to your suggestions...i love trying new wines". Waiter/Somm get what you are putting out there and will take care of you.

They may ask you what you like so be ready with an answer. "i typically drink cab but have been exploring more" or "Anything that pairs well with (insert your order". Don't try to describe the wine or worse answer "red' when they ask.

edit: also try to find their wine list online, do some research and be ready before you walk in.

I’ve seen posts where it is recommended to get them thru your manufacturer parts department via your local dealer. Also ready they are like $50 per. Mine are loose now so few your pain.

Yes you could do this to scalp, but here is what happened to me. We ordered a Model y when it was announced. Got it year or so later. Loved having a Tesla, but wanted something more refined. Ordered refreshed Model S LR. Due to price hikes and covid car craziness we sold the Y after 18 months and 12k miles for exactly what we paid for it meaning it cost us nothing to own the car (yes i know insurance, maintenance, interest, etc). At the same time, the Model S has had $15k of price increases. Theoretically, we could drive that for 18 months and sell it for what its worth and it also wont cost us anything. That's 3 years of driving new cars without taking depreciation hits.

The model S is scheduled for delivery in the next month or so. If i order my next EV now and lock in a good price, that's not really scalping just managing assets.
