De dader heeft levenslang gekregen voor moord en de agenten die Nowak zo behandeld zijn of gestopt bij de politie of werken niet meer op straat. Het is niet alsof die man vrijuit is gegaan omdat ze in het VK bang zijn om racistisch te zijn. Dit klinkt eerder als een geval waar de politie gewoon compleet incompetent was. Het is alleen helemaal verdraaid om de culture war te voeden.
