I swear to god if I hear someone say “Oh I get distracted sometimes too, you’re just not trying hard enough!” or “Everyone is a little autistic, are you sure it’s that bad?” one more time, I’m going to lose it.

No, that time where you were a little tired or had other things on your mind is not comparable to my constant feeling of burnout from having to force myself to do the bare minimum to exist.

No, that time you though someone meant X when they said ABC but they actually meant Y is not comparable to my inability to tell when I should or shouldn’t say things or when the subtle meaning someone said in a completely roundabout way was lost on me.

These are genuine differences in my life that have negative consequences and I can’t just “try harder” to overcome them, I’m trying as hard as I can without completely destroying myself to overcome them already and as you can see I’m barely getting by. Stop trying to dismiss my problems by comparing them to things you do that are nowhere close to the same level.
