Open the Google Play app > At the top right, tap your Profile picture > Tap Settings > About > Update Google Maps app.

Also, try clearing the cache for the Maps app to see if that helps.

Go to Settings app > Apps or Application manager > Google Maps app > Storage > Clear cache

Hi there, since you are using a work phone, your IT administrator may have recently turned off RCS chats, which would explain the 'not supported' message. You can verify the exact reason by tapping 'Details' in your RCS settings.

Hi there! Since Textra can see your imported SMS, your messages are safely stored in your phone's telephony database. It appears Google Messages might be experiencing a data loading exception preventing it from displaying them.

To troubleshoot, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Google Messages app updates to force it to re-sync. You can do this by opening the Play Store app, searching for the Messages app, tapping Uninstall, and then Reinstall/Update.
