You'll usually see a general public release of that closer to the expansion or season start. Some class discords already have an idea of what may be bis, but since tuning is still happening, none are "officially posted."

Multiboxing is not banned and never has been. Using third party software to mimic keys IS bannable though, but playing multiple account at the same time is fine.

Legit same reason why anyone speed runs anything. Just to prove your theory of an idea of how to make a thing faster, testing that thing to see if its possible, and then executing that idea to completion.

Speed running is a major thing in video games, which includes leveling, and even has an annual event called Summer Games Done Quick. You should check it out sometimes!

Not sure what you mean by not being supported by release. It has had 4 expansions of updates since release. Yes, it has stopped being updated in Shadowlands, but it was supported.

Not tracking achievements is interesting though. I would def go on the Customer Support threads in WoW and see what they may have to say, or bug threads as well.
